From the South – Using I-405 N:

Take I-405 N, Then Exit 13A-B (on right) for NE 8th St toward NE 4th St; Keep right at fork to continue on Exit 13B, and follow signs for NE 8th St; Merge onto NE 8th St; Use left lane to turn left onto 120th Ave NE, then turn left onto Lake Bellevue Dr (private driveway)

From the North – Using I-405 S:

From I-405 S, Take Exit 13B (right two lanes) for NE 8th St; Merge onto NE 8th St; Use the left lane to turn left onto 120th Ave NE, then left onto Lake Bellevue Dr (private driveway)

From the East or West:

Travel to I-405 and follow the instructions as above.
One exception, if coming from Seattle via WA-520 E, just take exit toward 124th Ave NE, and turn right onto Northup Way; Turn left onto 120th Ave NE, and travel about 0.8 mi to Lake Bellevue Dr; Turn right on Lake Bellevue Dr (private driveway)

Note: 40 Lake Bellevue Building is first one on your right. Visitor and handicapped parking is in front of the building, or if full, you may use any available parking space.  Come into the building and take the left hallway to Suite 100.
